Terry’s Terraforming is scheduled to reach Meta Quest 3 and Quest 3S on October 22, Really Interactive announced on October 9. The Meta listing checked by Choosense shows a preorder and a release time of 10 a.m. PDT on that date.
A planet-building adventure with hand controls
The studio describes a narrative game about restoring damaged planets for alien clients. Players alter environments to meet different inhabitants’ needs, with hand-tracking controls on Quest 3 and 3S. The announcement also lists daily challenges, global leaderboards and the ability to create and share challenges.
Its advertised four-to-six-hour story is a developer estimate, not a completion time measured by Choosense. We have not played the game or evaluated its controls.
The Quest date does not establish a Steam date
The Steam page still labels the release date as to be announced and says the game is not yet available there. It lists Really Interactive as developer and publisher, and specifies a VR headset plus a compatible PC. We found no confirmed Steam launch date in the sources checked for this report.
That distinction matters if you are choosing where to buy. A Quest preorder and a Steam wishlist refer to different store releases. Neither listing establishes that one purchase includes the other edition. Check the version tied to the headset and computer you intend to use.
